Bad Customer Service

Called to ask about ink supply for printer, terrible noise, sounded more like a mechanics workshop than a Office Supply company. Spoke to woman who spoke like I had called a wrong number, asked if they had ink 'Let me confirm' then hung up on me. Ok, my business for me and my company will go elsewhere, you have lost possible business for my company who use 20 printers regularly. Good luck
